Who are the professionals?
PHRST comprises individuals and teams of professionals, all of whom are certified in their areas of expertise.

When are services rendered? PHRST assists clients on an as- needed basis, on a project basis and on long term engagements. Visitation and meeting schedules are agreed-upon with clients. Timelines map project activity.

Where are services provided? PHRST will work at client locations, at designated work sites or from PHRST offices. Based upon the operation, services are provided seven days per week, 24 hours per day.

Why provide these services? Today there is a keen desire in small and mid-sized companies to outsource critical elements of HR activity which are not within the expertise of their day-to-day HR staff. In this manner focused, high level expertise is available on an as needed, cost- effective basis.

How much & how to?
PHRST performs services on individual project and retained contract bases. Key components of engagements are agreed upon up front. Activities are time-lined and critical paths are delineated.
A start-up fee initiates the engagement and at critical mileposts or time frames invoices are submitted.
Clients pre-approve costs for travel, room and board. Out-of-pocket expenses are billed to clients at cost. All expenses are documented.


PHRST was established in Texas in May of 1984 and incorporated in Florida in January 1993. Firm principals are certified and each has more than 25 years of background and experience.
